Sample Policy
We provide a sample service. If you would like to get a sample for us.
With the following information：
- items you want to wish to get a sample of(size and quantity)
- Your delivery address with zip code
- contact name and company
- contact telephone number
NOTE: ALL SAMPLE REQUESTS WILL HAVE A POSTAGE CHARGE, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR MORE DETAILS
How long i can get my sample?
You will get the sample in 5-7 days after express company pick the parcel.
What is the minimum order quantity（MOQ）
- If you need items without printing, the minimum order quantity is 30,000 pcs per size
- If you request items with your logo printing, the MOQ will be 50,000 pcs per size
How much you will charge for custom logo printing
Custom logo printing fee has two separate costs:
- Your logo printing template cost is 150 USD/Color/Size
- Printing fee
Please contact our printing team with your logo design to calculate the exact printing cost
What is your product delievery time?
It takes roughly 15-45 days to arrive at your destination seaport since the shipment departs from our seaport. The time will depend on the distance between your country and us.
Are your product is biodegradable?
We can manufacture biodegradable paper containers.(PLA lining &Water-based barrier coating)
How do you pack your product?
We use 5 layers corrugated brown cartons box to pack our products.They are steady and firm.The bowl and lids are pack separately.
Can you print logo on carton box
We can help you to print your brand name on the cartons If you have a printing requirement.
What is your leading time if i place the order?
Our Leading time is 15-20 days since deposit recieved.
Do you have food grade certificate for your product?
We have passed the certification of many standards such as SGS;FDA;ISO 9001;FSC;BRC;BPI;DIN;BRGS etc.
What is your payment method
Credit Card;PayPal;ACH;International Wire Transfer are all supported.
What is your payment term ?
We accept 30% payment as a deposit and 70% balance payment before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
